There was this absolutely gorgeous, stunning-looking blonde girl who was being trained at the Telecoms training Centre at Bletchley Park whilst I was there. There were a lot of girls doing their training in this place, as well as us lads. With all these young girls virtually on the same site, you couldn’t possibly keep them apart. So anyway, one way or another, we blokes got to know some of the girls, and I got to know this girl, this beautiful blonde girl from Glasgow. But she didn’t speak with a Glaswegian accent. She was posh. We were getting on really well, and we were going to meet up after the courses were over, and I was going to invite her down to see me, and I was going to go up to Scotland.
When it came time to leave on Friday, I said, “I’ll take you wherever you have to go. I’ll take you to the station so you can pick up your train to go to Scotland.” This is what happened!……………..
